2012 SCHEDULE

CLASS DESCRIPITONS:

All Levels:   This is a 90 minute Baptise inspired Power Vinyasa Yoga class in a heated room, with a sequence of poses that flow from one to the next.  The room is heated to warm the muscles for enhanced flexibility, and to encourage detoxification through sweat.  Students are invited to show up powerfully, work to their degree of difficulty, modify when needed, and rest in child’s pose when appropriate. 

Hour of Power: This is a modified version of the All Levels class in a 60 minute format.

Music and Movement:   This is a modified version of the All Levels class with Music.

Winter Weather Policy:  If there is a big storm and we have not been able to plow we may need to close the studio.  Please check the website or call ahead to make sure your class has not been cancelled. We will leave an outgoing message on voicemail at least one hour before class.

RATES:

Introductory Special:  If you are new to the studio, you can take unrestricted yoga classes for your first week for only $20.

Drop In: $14 per class. Students pay $12 with valid student ID or if Chewonki  staff or student.

10 Class Card: $120 for a 10 Class Card. Students pay $100 with valid student ID.  The 10 class card expires 3 months from date of purchase.

Monthly Unlimited:  $140 for Monthly Unlimited. Students pay $120 with valid student ID.  The Monthly Unlimited card expires 30 days from date of purchase.

Private one on one instruction: $60 for one hour

Jade Yoga Mats and YogiToes available for purchase at the studio.

Workshops and Special Events: are separate from monthly and 10 class packages

Rental mats are available for $2.

Towels are available for rent for $1.
